~TY OF P33~SEY <br /> <br />SPE~3%L USE P~RMIT 7~3~EP~ENT <br /> <br />This contract entered into this ~.~-~' ay of ~g~ , 1985, <br />between the City of Ramsey, hereinafter refe~edtto as 'Cindy,' <br />and Mr. C~ar!es De!aney, hereinafter referred to as "Aup!icant," <br />in conjunction with the issuance of a Special Use Permit to <br />hold an annual game fair in an R-! district. <br /> <br />The special use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the <br />Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following <br />condi t/ohs: <br /> <br />1) Pa~king for the use shall be at Central P-~rk. <br /> <br />2) City Staff shall review this special use permit <br /> ann,~]iy before and after eac~h game fair. <br /> <br />3) The City reserves the'"right to inspect the premises <br /> during the game fair if it receives complaints from <br /> adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />4) This special use permit agreement shall apply only <br /> to that property generally known as east of Lake Eddy <br /> and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 17, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> <br /> The Northeast Quarter of the SouthWest Quarter of <br /> Sect~-~n 1~, Township 31, Range 25, Anoka County, <br /> MinneSOta.- <br /> <br />That this special use permit shall apply only to <br />the Saturday and Sunday of the weekend immediately <br />preceding Labor Day 'Weekend and the Saturday, <br />Sunday and ~onday of Labor D~y Weekend. <br /> <br />6) That the name of Ramsey be used in the publicity <br /> literature. <br /> <br />The Applicani understands and agrees that the special use <br />permit granted herein is'subject to review at any time 'and sha2~l <br />be reviewed annually by ~rf.
