Councilmember Peterson noted that the roads in his neighborhood were recently <br />blacktopped and it is no longer any fun for drivers to 'cut the dirt'; the blacktop has reduced <br />the urge to speed. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
