CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 12, 1990 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Alan Pearson <br />Councilember Stephen F. DeLuca <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Richard Cich (arrived at 7:37 p.m.) <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Mark Banwart <br />Finance Officer Sandm Ashley <br />City Attorney Bill Goodrich <br />Merland Otto/Hakanson Anderson Associates <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Dean Kapler - Member of the Ramsey Volunteer Fire Department - Mr. Kapler stated that <br />he was present to report the activities of the Fire Department for the month of May, 1990. <br />Mr. Kapler reported that the Fire Department responded to seven fire calls and the average <br />response time was two to three minutes. He also reported that the Fire Department received <br />144 hours of pumper training and 64 hours on-hand training with rescue tools. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to approve <br />the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Pearson, Peterson and <br />DeLuca. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Cich. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann adjourned the regular meeting at 7:07 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following hearings: <br /> <br />A> <br />B) <br /> <br />C) <br /> <br />Improvement Project g90-18 (Street lights for Rivlyn Avenue N.W.) <br />Improvement Project g90-19 (Sanitary and Storm Sewer, Water Utilities and <br />Bituminous Surfacing for the proposed Subdivision of Cedar Hills Addition) <br />Improvement Project g90-2 (Sanitary and Storm Sewer, Water Utilities and <br />Bituminous Surfacing for the Proposed Subdivision of Chestnut Hills Addition) <br /> <br />City Council/June 12, 1990 <br /> Page 3 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
