City's new park dedication ordinance. Mr. Greenberg stated that the closing on the ParaBody <br />parcel is scheduled for July 9, 1990 and he needs the plat recorded by that time. Councilmember <br />DeLuca indicated that until the City has that needed additional information, the City is willing to <br />accept a promissory note in lieu of park dedication. City Council directed Mr. Goodrich to contact <br />Mr. Arnie Cox to obtain additional information regarding the County Road #116 fight-of-way <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to permit the park <br />dedication fee for Gateway North Industrial Park Plat Four to be satisfied temporarily by Don <br />Greenberg depositing at the city a promissory note in a form acceptable to the City Attorney in the <br />amount of $8,000.00. Further that said promissory note will be on deposit at the City until a final <br />agreement between the City and the developer is made concerning park dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Peterson, Cich,DeLuca, and <br />Pearson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
