Banwart. <br /> <br />Further Discusssion: Councilmember Pearson inquired if there is any additional information <br />regarding who authorized Anoka Electric Cooperative to install two demonstration street lights on <br />167th Avenue N.W. Finance Officer Ashley replied that it appears Mark Banwart authorized the <br />installation of the street lights on 167th Avenue N.W. for demonstration purposes and that she is <br />continuing to pursue information regarding who is responsible for those installation costs until <br />such time as City Council makes a decision regarding street lights. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
