NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOIG4 COUNTY <br />STATE of MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning Commission will hold a pub- <br />lic hearing on Monday, November 6, 2000 at <br />7:00 p.m. meeting at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br />MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a <br />request from Stephen and Pamela Upton for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to maintain two <br />dwellings on the property generally located at <br />16101 Ramsey Boulevard NW and legally <br />described as (allows: <br />South 138,4 feet of West 875 feet of <br />Southwest quarter of Northeast quar. . <br />ter Section 15.32.25 as measured along <br />West and South lines thereof excluding <br />road subject to easement of record. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />conditional use permit.
