Councilmember (;amw! } - introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #1140-1140-309 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #_0540 AND DECLARING TERMS <br />OF PERMIT TO MAINTAIN A SECOND DWELLING ON A PARCEL. <br />WHEREAS, Pamela and c.opho rTp. nnthony Reed ha�has properly applied for an <br />amendment to the existing conditional use permit to maintain a second dwelling on the property <br />generally known as 16101 Ramsey Boulevard and legally described as follows: <br />South 138.4 feet of West 825 feet of Southwest quarter of Northeast quarter <br />Section 15-32-25 as measured along West and South lines thereof excluding road, <br />subject to easement of record. <br />("Subject Property"). <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on 49-��October 6, 204411, <br />conducted the public hearing and recommended that the City Council approvea4 4 -the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1.
