The total SAC Fee will be $40,205 ($2,365 x 17 units) plus <br />a total of $425 in SAC Handling Fees ($25 x 17 units). The total SAC Fee will be $27,880 ($1,640 x <br />17 units). Please note that the fee in effect at the time a Building Permit is issued will be collected. <br />Rates are updated annually. <br /> <br />REU Number: <br />26. The City has enacted a quarterly drainage utility charge. The charge is currently <br />$9.55/ quarter. <br /> <br />Other Permits. <br />27. The Developer is responsible for obtaining any and all permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, MPCA NPDES and Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization. <br />
