This Agreement has been made under the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota and such laws control its interpretation. <br />20. Counternirts, Electronic Conies as Originals and Delivery. This Agreement <br />may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed to be an original, <br />but all of which together shall constitute one in the same instrument.
