Termination of the following purchase agreement or completion of the foreclosure of the <br />mortgage set forth in paragraph 3 of this Schedule B - Part I and the completion of the <br />proceeding subsequent set forth in paragraph 4 of this Schedule B — Part I determining <br />that the following purchase agreement has been extinguished by that mortgage <br />foreclosure: <br />Purchase and Sale Agreement, dated March 18, 2004, filed July 9, 2004, as Document <br />No. 471387 (Torrens), by and between Ramsey Town Center LLC, and Ramdance LLC <br />for the purchase of Outlots H, I, L and M, Ramsey Town Center Addition. <br />10.
