ORDINANCE #12 -07 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY: STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 54 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS KNOWN AS THE TRAFFIC'AND VEHICLE CHAPTER OF THE - RATMSEY-MINNESOT CITY CODE. .
