It should be noted that a detailed review of the townhouse units will be <br />completed during site plan review. Staff is recommending that ~rther consideration be given <br />to providing at least one additional style of townhouse un/t within the residential <br />development. <br /> <br />It is staffs understanding that sidewalks will be provided along the front yard of each <br />structure. The development also contains alleyways that are proposing to be 20 feet wide. The <br />alleyways are designed to service the homeowner's vehicle and garage entrance. Visitor <br />entrance and parking will be along the 284hot private street located adjacent to the front <br />entrance of each building. <br /> <br />Since the development [s located within a Mixed - Use Planned Unit Development district, <br />the Planning Commission and City. Council have the opportuhity to review deviation requests <br />to the srr/cr zoning standards.
