Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Request for Easement Vacation Sunfish Lake Business <br />Park; Case Of City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City Council approved the final plat of <br />Sunfish Lake Business Park 2nd Addition at their August 12, 2003 meeting. A portion of the <br />Business Park was replatted to accommodate requests for smaller lots by prospective buyers. <br />Some of the easements that were put in place with the original plat of the Business Park now <br />need to be vacated. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Pearson, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Pearson, Kurak, Cook, Elvig, <br />Strommen, and Zimmerman.
