Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-11- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />DON VOLNER FOR AN OVERSIZED DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING ON <br />PROPERTIES LOCATED OUTSIDE THE METROPOLITAN URBAN SERVICE AREA <br />(MUSA) <br /> <br /> wHEREAS, Don Volner (Permittee) has properly applied for a conditional use Permit to <br />construct an oversized accessory structure on the property generally known as 8121 154th Avenue <br />NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 13, Whispering Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Planning Commission Conducted a public hearing on November <br />6, 2003, pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact # a conditional use permit to construct an <br />accessory structure on the Subject Property that will exceed the size restrictions is hereby <br />denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council on this the <br />25th day of November, 2003. <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY: <br /> <br />By: By: <br /> <br />Mayor City Clerk <br /> <br />27 <br /> <br /> <br />
