CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR AN ENVIRONMENTAL PERMIT FOR RIVERBANK <br />STABILIZATION IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER CRITICAL ANI) SCENIC REIVER <br />OVERLAY DISTRICT; <br /> CASE OF ROBERT M.A. JOHNSON AND GARY MILLER <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Robert Johnson and Gary Miller have applied for an Environmental Permit for river bank <br />stabilization in the Mississippi Critical and Scenic River Overlay District on the Property <br />generally known as 14820 and 14810 Bowers Drive NW. Staff is still in the process in <br />determining whether the City will need the issue an environmental permit since the Anoka <br />County Soil and Water District will be managing the project. Staff will give an update on the <br />need fbr an environmental permit at the November 6, 2003 meeting.
