ORDINANCE #12 -06 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 10 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ANI- MAL REGULATIONS CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNE- SOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER: 1.0 BY AMENDING CHAP- TER 10, ARTICLE I ENTITLED IN GENERAL. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY ' The following official summary of Ordinance #12 -06 has been approved by the City Council of. the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and'effect of Ordi- nance #12 -06 to reduce the mini- mum lot size required to maintain chickens on a property and to allow for beekeeping with certain' safety provisions through the issuance of a conditional use permit.. SECTION 2.. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordi- nance is thirty (30) days after its pas- sage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 3,9.
