In addition to other declarations, the Easements provided for storm <br />water easements on the adjacent parcel. These easements are no longer need since Ramsey <br />Commons has connected to the regional storm water pond. I have created an amendment to <br />the Declaration of Easements that removes these two storm water easements from the <br />Easement Agreement (see attached). <br />If this First Amendment to Declaration of Easements is acceptable to you, please sign, <br />notarize, and return the original to me.
