NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
<br />CITY OF RAMSEY
<br />ANOKA COUNTY

<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />Notice is hereby given that the
<br />Ramsey City Council will hold a pub-
<br />lic hearing on Tuesday, May 22,
<br />2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
<br />Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal
<br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW,
<br />Ramsey, MN 55303.
<br />The purpose of the hearing is to
<br />consider a request by Thomas
<br />DeQuattro, Whiskey Jacks of Ramsey,
<br />LLC d /b /a/ Whiskey Jack's, for an
<br />On -Sale, Sunday Sales, and 2:00 a.m.
<br />Intoxicating Liquor License at the
<br />property generally known as 6415
<br />Highway #10 NW, Ramsey, Minne-
<br />sota. This is not a new establishment -
<br />it was most recently known as End
<br />Zone.
<br />All interested persons are invited
<br />to attend the hearing and comment
<br />on the request for an On -Sale Intoxi-
<br />cating liquor license. The City of
<br />Ramsey complies with the Americans
<br />with Disabilities Act. Upon advance
<br />request, information will be provided
<br />in an alternative form, and interpret-
<br />ers will be available. Any person with
<br />such a request should contact Jo
<br />Thieling at 763- 433 -9840 prior to
<br />4:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 16,
<br />2012. There is a TDD machine at
<br />Ramsey Municipal Center; the num-
<br />ber is 763 -427 -8591.
<br />Written comments are welcome
<br />and shall be addressed to the Ram-
<br />sey City Council, attention Jo Thiel -
<br />ing, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ram-
<br />sey, Minnesota, 55303. Written
<br />comments shall be received at the
<br />above address prior to 4:00 p.m., on
<br />Tuesday, May 22. 2012.
