Section 117-355 of the Ramsey City Co <br />read as follows: <br />Sec. 117-355. Residential development off-street parking. <br />nded is amended to <br />(a) In any residential district, inside parking of licensed and/or unlicensed motor vehicles <br />and equipment, commercial or private, shall be permitted.
