CC Work Session 2. 1. <br />Meeting Date: 07/31/2012 <br />By: Darren Lazan, Housing & <br />Redevelopment Authority <br />Title: <br />Consider Request for Reimbursement of Utility Repair Costs - PSD, LLC <br />Background: <br />PSD, LLC has submitted a request to the City Council to be reimbursed for some costs incurred during the <br />construction of the Ramsey Office Plaza. <br />Attached is a memo outlining their claim that there were errors in the installation of utilities in Sunwood and <br />Sapphire. As a result, PSD had additional costs associated with the construction of their utility connections. <br />Notification: <br />Observations: <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council consider their request and provide feedback on a policy level basis as to how <br />these requests should be handled.
