FOR DISCUSSION PURPOSES ONLY <br />Stormwater Impact Fund: <br />Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization <br />Project applicants who qualify to do so shall contribute an amount equal to $40,000 per acre of <br />impervious surface of a parcel for any unsatisfied portion of the volume control requirement of the <br />Lower Rum River Watershed Management Organization to the Stormwater Facilities Fund. <br />The Volume Control Requirements are summarized in Appendix E Storm Water Standards, of the <br />Third Generation Watershed Management Plan dated October 2011 of the Lower Rum River <br />Watershed Management Organization. <br />P:\Mpls\23 MN102\2302047\WorkFites\Permit Checklist\Stormwater Impact Fund.docx <br />
