Attached to <br />the Weekly Update is The Draw Summer Event Series Flyer. <br />Reminder: August 7, 2012 — Night to Unite — Various neighborhoods throughout the City. <br />Council to meet at 5:45 p.m. in the AR Room if doing the Police/Fire Ride Along. <br />Park and Recreation Commission, (6:30 p.m., North Commons — in the event of inclement <br />weather, meeting will move to City Hall in the Lake Itasca Room.) <br />• Discuss Equipment Selection Process for North Commons and Elmcrest Parks <br />• Discuss Volunteer Recognition Program <br />Council Update <br />Notice Given From Sharp Properties to Terminate Leases at 6701 and 6745 Hwy 10. The <br />City received a letter from Denny Sharp of Sharp Properties, stating that he wishes to vacate the <br />premises at 6701 and 6745 Hwy 10. Attached to the Weekly Update is the Termination of <br />Lease Letter sent by Denny Sharp. He used both of these sites as cold storage for campers, <br />trailers, etc. Staff will be placing these sites on the City's web page as available properties for <br />rent. <br />Septic System Notifications. Staff is preparing to send notifications to owners of septic systems <br />in which the City does not have record of the required pumping/cleaning within the past three (3) <br />years. Minnesota Statute requires that individual sewage treatment systems (ISTS) . must be <br />pumped/cleaned once every three (3) years. As it has been some time since the City has done a • <br />reminder mailing, several Owners will receive this upcoming notification. As a courtesy, Staff <br />also included an article in the most recent utility bill providing background on the upcoming <br />
