5. HRA BUSINESS <br />5.01: Approve Plans and Specifications and Advertise for Bids — North Commons <br />Development Manager Lazan reviewed the staff report. <br />Motion by Chairperson McGlone, seconded by Commissioner Elvig, to approve the plans and <br />specifications and authorize the advertisement for bids on North Commons, a 17-lot subdivision <br />in The COR. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Commissioners Elvig, Backous, Ramsey, <br />Strommen, Tossey and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />5.02: Consider Offer to Purchase Land — Senior Housing (Portions may be closed to the <br />public.) <br />Development Manager Lazan advised that due to a death in the petitioner's family, it is requested <br />that this item be rescheduled to a future Work Session. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ramsey, seconded by Commissioner Backous, to postpone <br />consideration of the Offer to Purchase Land — Senior Housing, to a future Work Session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson McGlone, Commissioners Ramsey, Backous, Elvig, <br />Strommen, Tossey and Wise. Voting No: None. <br />6. DEVELOPMENT TEAM REPORT <br />Development Manager Lazan reported on progress made to resolve the Master Declaration and <br />provided an update on COR Special Service District (SSD) options. He displayed a map <br />depicting three districts: COR 2 SSD, COR 1 SSD, and area of existing master declaration. <br />7. COMMISSIONER INPUT <br />None. <br />8.
