EXHIBIT E FORM OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION The undersigned hereby certifies that Asset Resources And Acquisition, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, has fully and completely complied with its obligations under Article 111 of that document entitled "Contract for Private Development", dated January 22, 2008 between the City of Ramsey, Minnesota and Asset Resources And Acquisition, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder as Document Number (the "Agreement"), with respect to construction of the Minimum Improvements on the real estate which is legally described as follows: Lot 5, Block 4, Gateway North Industrial Park Plat 2 (the "Development Property") in accordance !with the Construction Plans, and is released and forever discharged from its obligations under the above referenced Article 111 of the Agreement. In addition, a Lien Agreement between Asset Resources And Acquisition, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company and the City of Ramsey dated and recorded in the office of the Anoka County Recorder as Document Number is hereby terminated and the lien against the Development Property created thereby released and discharged.
