Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12-08- <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF COR TWO <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA), hereinafter <br />referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for preliminary plat approval of COR TWO on <br />the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlots F, G, and H, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER ADDITION, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota; <br />- AND- <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, and Outlot A, RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 3th ADDITION, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota; <br />- OR UPON RECORDING - <br />Lots 1-5, Block 1, COR TWO; <br />- AND- <br />Outlot A, COR TWO <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on May 7th, 2012, the City of Ramsey received an application and sketch <br />plan from Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a plat to be named COR ADDITION; and <br />WHEREAS, on June 7th, 2012 the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan and <br />recommended that the Developer proceed to the preliminary plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 11th, 2012, the Developer submitted a preliminary plat for COR <br />TWO to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 2ND, 2012, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended the City Council approve the preliminary plat COR TWO; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 28th, 2012, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for <br />COR TWO; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 11th, 2012, the Applicant submitted a Final Plat for review; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 28th, 2012, the City Council approved the final plat for COR <br />TWO. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />
