OWNER & ENCUMBRANCE: This parcel was acquired as a tax forfeit parcel from the State of Minnesota. It is subject <br />to a restriction that it must be"...be used exclusively for a neighborhood park." It is <br />subject to reversion to the State of Minnesota if it ceases to be used as a neighborhood <br />park. <br />DISPOSITION: <br />Because of the restrictions set in place by the State of Minnesota ("to be used exclusively <br />for a neighborhood park") the City does not have the ability to sell the subject property. <br />The City's only option for disposal is to revert the subject property back to the State and <br />change zoning to residential. <br />
