MISSISSIPPI RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING UPDATE <br />By: Mark $. ]]~alwart, Comm~xnlty Development Director <br /> <br />Case #5: <br /> <br />Status Report: <br /> <br />In the month of January 1989, the Anoka Area Chamber of Commerce circulated an inquiry to its <br />members regarding the proposed Ramsey/Dayton Mississippi River Bridge Crossing. The <br />response was overwhelming with 62 phone responses replying favorable and only i against. <br /> <br />Motion was made, seconded and accepted to approve support for the Ramsey/Dayton Mississippi <br />River Bridge Crossing. <br /> <br />Curt Ulrich, AICP-Community Development Director for the City of Champlin stated that his City <br />Council is adamantly against a river bridge crossing from Coon Rapids into Champlin and is <br />extremely supportive of the proposed Ramsey/Dayton Mississippi River Bridge Crossing.
