APPROVE AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Wise, Backous, Strommen, and Tossey. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember McGlone. Councilmember McGlone arrived at 7:02 p.m. Due to an error in the "Ramsey City Council Candidates" article in the Ramsey Resident relating to At Large Ward 4 candidates, City Clerk Thieling read the corrected article. 6.
