NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a pub- lic hearing on Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive .NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Bruce Mathson of Atlantic Cargo Company, Inc. d /b /a Fairway Liquors, at the prop- erty generally known as 5900 -167th Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an Off -Sale Intoxi- cating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and interpret- ers will be available.
