COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br /> <br />Noted. <br /> <br />6.01: Minutes Online <br /> <br />Commissioner Minke questioned the minutes on the website noting they state the meetings were <br />held at City Hall instead of the particular park where actually held. <br /> <br />6.02: Happy Days <br /> <br />Chairperson Shryock discussed the Commission volunteering for bingo and noted she has not <br />seen any promotional flyers or QCTV spots. She asked which Commissioners can volunteer. <br /> <br />The Board discussed the date and number of people needed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Chubb stated he will check into promotion materials for bingo. <br /> <br />6.03: Game Fair <br /> <br />Parks & Assistant Public Works Superintendent Riverblood noted that during Game Fair, they <br />will have a table set up for anyone who would like to learn more about the City, and reminded <br />the Commission that they are invited to staff the booth. Dates were discussed. <br /> <br />7.
