ORDINANCE NO. 12- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF PLATTED RIGHT-OF-WAY AND A <br />PORTION OF AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UILITY PURPOSES IN THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br />The following described platted right-of-way is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />That part of Sunwood Drive NW as dedicated on the recorded plat of RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Insert legal description here. <br />-and- <br />The following described drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to -wit: <br />Insert legal description here. <br />SECTION 3.
