CC Regular Session 7. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 08/28/2012 <br />Submitted For: Kurt Ulrich By: Bill Goodrich, Administrative Services <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Ordinance for the Sale of Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. <br />Background: <br />The City owns Outlot A, Ramsey Town Center 3rd Addition. The COR development manager has determined that <br />this small parcel should be platted along with the COR Two plat and conveyed to one of the commercial owners of <br />the plat. In order to do a sale, per City Charter the City needs to adopt an ordinance authorizing the lot's sale.
