CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 08/28/2012 <br />By: Chris Anderson, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Schedule Public Hearing to Consider Revoking a Conditional Use Permit for Motor Vehicle Sales at 8175 <br />Riverdale Dr NW; Case of Quality RV <br />4. 4. <br />Background: <br />On December 13, 2011, the City Council approved a conditional use permit (the "Permit") for motor vehicle sales <br />in the B-2 Business District for Quality RV (the "Permittee"). City Staff is of the opinion that the Permittee is <br />operating in violation of the terms of the Permit, primarily in regard to exterior storage and display of vehicles. <br />Staff is requesting that the City Council direct City Staff to send a written notice of the apparent violations to the <br />Permittee and the Property Owner, providing thirty (30) days time to correct the violations and submit a <br />written response to the notice and also to schedule a public hearing for October 9, 2012 to consider revoking the <br />Permit. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to direct Staff to: <br />1. Notify, in writing, the Property Owner and Permittee of the violations of the Permit and provide thirty (30) <br />days to correct the violations and submit a written response; and <br />2.
