He has over 14 <br />years of engineering experience working with municipal clients. Shane is <br />currently the appointed City Engineer for the City of Nowthen and <br />Township Engineer for Credit River Township. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Shane has experience in the design and construction of Municipal State Aid, <br />residential, and commercial streets; residential and commercial plan review; <br />comprehensive storm sewer planning; site and utility design; community <br />sewage treatment systems; MS4 storm water planning; Wetland <br />Conservation Act administration; and roadway maintenance plans. Shane <br />currently provides a wide range of services to the City of Nowthen and <br />Credit River Township. <br />PROJECT EXAMPLES <br />City of Nowthen — City Engineer <br />• Directs engineering activities on City infrastructure improvements. <br />• Assists in planning, coordinating, supervising and evaluating <br />programs, plans, and services, equipment and infrastructures. <br />• Plat and construction plan review, hydrology review, development <br />agreement assistance, and construction administration for City <br />developments. <br />• Project manager for City projects. Manage projects, prepare pay <br />estimates, prepare contract agreements, effectively communicate <br />with residents and affected property owners, prepare assessment <br />rolls. <br />• Prepare MS4 Permit Application and Storm Water Pollution <br />Prevention Program (SWPPP). <br />• Wetland Conservation Act administration. <br />• Prepare Roadway Management Plan. <br />• Assist in preparation of Local Surface Water Management Plan. <br />• Appointed to Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) for the Upper <br />Rum River Watershed Organization. <br />• Provide expert testimony in Incorporation Hearing. <br />Town of Credit River — Town Engineer <br />• Directs engineering activities on Township infrastructure <br />improvement. <br />• Assist in planning, coordination, supervising and evaluating <br />programs, plans, services, equipment and infrastructure. <br />• Evaluates infrastructure needs and formulates short and long term <br />plans for streets, water, sewer, storm sewer drainage and parks. <br />• Assist Treasurer with budgeting and maintenance of Capital <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
