initiate discussions with surrounding property owners to assist in the creation of a master plan for <br />the commercial area and to determine the desires to expand MUSA to include this area. <br />The Metropolitan Council now considers the City of Ramsey as a "Developing Community" <br />which eliminates the constraints of the MUSA Line. The City of Ramsey can now extend <br />sanitary sewer service anywhere within MCES's Sanitary Sewer District 3 boundary as long as <br />the added flows do not exceed the City's current capacity allocation of 3.8 rngd. <br />E. ULTIMATE SANITARY SEWER SERVICE AREA <br />Figure 1, the map of the 2030 Service Areas, included as Item I in the Appendix shows the <br />proposed 2030 MUSA which defines the 2030 municipal sanitary sewer service area. The <br />sanitary sewer flows from the 2030 MUSA at full development are tabulated in Appendix Item D <br />for both the Mississippi River and Rum River Sewer Districts.
