CC Regular Session 7. 4. <br />Meeting Date: 07/24/2012 <br />By: Tim Gladhill, Community Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Ordinance Approving Zoning Amendment for COR THREE <br />Background: <br />At the July loth City Council Meeting, approval was given to the Plat entitled 'COR THREE'. The request also <br />included a Zoning Amendment from COR-5 (Parks and Open Space) to COR-4a (Residential) for four (4) <br />single-family lots. The ordinance was introduced to approve the requested Zoning Amendment at that meeting and <br />is now eligible for adoption.
