1 ORDINANCE #12- <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 CITY OF RAMSEY <br />5 ANOKA COUNTY <br />6 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />11 SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />12 MINNESOTA. <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II, DIVISION 4 (DISTRICT <br />16 REGULATIONS) BY ADDING SECTION 117-117A (E-3 EMPLOYMENT <br />17 [OFFICE PARK]). <br />18 <br />19 The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />20 <br />21 SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />22 <br />23 This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />24 Ramsey. <br />25 <br />26 SECTON 2 AMENDMENTS <br />27 <br />28 City Code Chapter 117 (Zoning and Subdivisions) Article II (Zoning) Division 4 (District <br />29 Regulations) is hereby amended to add Section 117-117a entitled `E-3 Employment District <br />30 (Office Park) as follows: <br />31 <br />SiE. 117.117a. E-3 Emnlovment (Office Park) District. <br />33 <br />34 (a) Intent. The purpose of the Office Park (OP) District is to: <br />35 <br />36 (1) Reserve larger areas for multi -use buildings, offices, wholesale <br />37 showrooms, light manufacturing, research and development, training limited <br />38 retail uses and uses accessory to conducting business within a coordinated, well- <br />39 defined campus environment: <br />40 <br />41 (2) Protect business from incompatible and unrelated land uses intruding into <br />42 the work environment: <br />43 <br />44 (3) Create higher auality site and building design expectations that will not <br />45 support any uses with outdoor storage. <br />46 <br />1 <br />
