256 7) A concrete curb not less than six inches above grade shall separate the public <br />257 sidewalk from motor vehicle service areas. <br />258 8) If applicable, motor fuel activities shall be installed in accordance with state <br />259 and city standards, regardless of whether the dispensing, sale or offering for <br />260 sale of motor fuels and/or oil is incidental to the conduct of the use or <br />261 business. Additionally, adequate space shall be provided to access gas pumps <br />262 and allow maneuverability around the pumps. Underground fuel storage tanks <br />263 are to be positioned to allow adequate access by motor fuel transports and <br />264 unloading operations do not conflict with circulation, access and other <br />265 activities on the site. Fuel pumps shall be installed on pump islands with <br />266 canopies. Canopies shall ' 'n a 20-foot setback from piipeiLy lines as <br />267 from the edge of the canopy. <br />268 <br />269 (2) All extriv -v, wll finishes on any building shall be: <br />270 <br />271 K, Face brick; <br />272 <br />273 k.
