340 Book. <br />341 (ii) (ii) The compliment of trees fulfilling the landscaping requirements shall be <br />342 not less than 25 perccnt deciduous and lot less than 25 perccnt coniferous. No <br />343 more than 25 perccnt of the rcquircd plantings shall consist of ornamental <br />344 trees. <br />345 <br />346 (iii) For every 35 feet of public road frontage, one ovcrstory tree shall be planted on <br />347 the private property adjacent to the public road right of way. <br />348 <br />349 b. Topsoil. All exposed ground arms of a site not occupied by building, parking or <br />350 storage, excluding natural areas that arc left undisturbed, shall be covered with four <br />351 inches of topsoil, as defined in section 117 1. <br />352 <br />353 o. The planting schedule is established to provide <br />367 an acceptable number of plantings that may be planted in regular symmetrical patterns or <br />368 irregular clusters or groupings. <br />369 <br />370 1. 1 tree per every ten parking spaces. <br />371 <br />372 2.
