1 ORDINANCE #12- <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 CITY OF RAMSEY <br />5 ANOKA COUNTY <br />6 STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />11 SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 117-122 (PUBLIC/QUASI-PUBLIC DISTRICT) OF CHAPTER 117 OF <br />15 THE RAMSEY CITY CODE. <br />16 <br />17 The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />18 <br />19 SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br />20 <br />21 This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br />22 <br />23 SECTON 2 AMENDMENTS <br />24 <br />25 City Code Section 117-122 (Public/Quasi-Public District) is amended as follows (additions indicated as <br />26 underline. deletions indicated as Gtrilcc thm ugh): <br />27 <br />28 Sec. 117-122. Public/Quasi-Public District. <br />29 <br />30 (a) Intent.
