Signs located on outfield fences at ballfields within all <br />93 municipal narks shall be subiect to a lease or master agreement with the city and are <br />94 subject to the following restrictions: <br />95 a. Sigps may be located as inward foiling sings on outfield fences. Sins sill be <br />96 located at least one foot (1') from the top and bottom of the outfield fence and <br />97 centered on the fence section. <br />98 b. Signs must be made of vinyl or other similar material with wind holes. The city <br />99 has the rigbt to determine the structural intagyity of proposQd s gnAge. The <br />100 structural stability of the fences in each park will determine the size of the signs. <br />101 The signs must be the same size within each ballfield in the park. <br />102 c. All signs shall face the interior of the ballfield. <br />103 d. The signs shall be maintained in a safe. orderly condition at all times. Faded <br />104 signs shall be replaced. <br />105 e. A lease or master agreement with the city shall identify the terms under which <br />106 signs may be installed including dimension, number, and sign details. No <br />107 advertising for firearm, liquor products (by name). tobacco. political or religious <br />108 persdns or organizations, sexually oriegled products or stores shall be permitted. <br />109 f. Signs shall be installed no earlier than April 1 and shall be removed no later <br />110 than October 31 of each year. The city shall be notified by the organization when <br />111 sianaae will be installed ancj removed each year. <br />112 gSigns sl-Jl be permitted on permanent ballfield scoreboards subject to the <br />113 approval of the city. <br />114 h. Temporary event banners shall be permitted for tournaments at all municipal <br />115 parks with ballfields. The banner(s) must include the name and date of the event. <br />116 The event banner(s) shall be allowed for no more than a ten (10) day period. All <br />117 temporary banners shall be approved by the city as part of the approval for the <br />118 rental of the field. A temporary tent(s) shall be permitted for tournaments as <br />119 droved by the city. <br />120 i. The provisions of this section do not oily to the n ning rights for any park or <br />121 facility.
