Residential development off-street parking. <br />(a) In any residential district, inside parking of licensed and/or unlicensed motor vehicles and <br />equipment, commercial or private, shall be permitted. Off-street parking spaces are <br />required for residential uses: <br />Use <br />Residential Uses <br />Assisted Living <br />Nursing Home <br />Daycare facilities (residential district) <br />Parking Spaces Required <br />.5 spaces for each unit <br />1 space per 6 patient beds. plus one space ner <br />employee on the lamest work shift. <br />No additional spaces reauired if located in a <br />single dwelling or one unit in a multiple dwellinw <br />structure <br />Dwellinms, detached townhouses 2 spaces per unit one of which must be within a <br />primary 2arae. <br />
