Step 3: <br /> <br />All results of the clinic testing (positive and negative) will be returned to <br />the Personnel Coordinator at the City of Ramsey and will be held in a <br />confidential file containing the date the drawing took place, the names of <br />those chosen for the random testing, and the results of the testing. <br />Confidential information regarding any of the above will only be shared <br />with the Personnel Coordinator, Fire Chief, and the City Administrator. <br /> <br />Step 4: <br /> <br />Action taken for positive testing - The first positive test (urine test <br />followed by blood test, if necessary) could lead to possible dismissal. <br />Corrective action on the part of the Fire Fighter must be taken to be <br />retained as a Volunteer Fire Fighter for the City of Ramsey.
