Mr. Auspos stated that he <br />has selected Mr. James Singewald to replace Mr. Anderson. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution ~86-3 approving the hiring of replacement police officer to replace <br />D. ~homas Anderson who resigned. Duane_Holmmm~ <br /> <br />Mr. Holmes stated that he is having probleus with water overflowing onto his <br />property fr~m his neighbor's geothermal unit. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmeuber COx and seconded by Councilm~mber Schlueter directing <br />City Staff to inform Mr. Holmes' neighbor that it is his responsibility to make <br />sure that the geothermal unit is functioning properly. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
