For instance, contract rather than maintain the City's own police <br />and streets departments. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt the <br />Organizational Chart prepared by Staff on an interim basis until such time as <br />privatization of certain departments is researched and recommendations made. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
