Councilmember Cox stated he was approached by Mr. Holasek regarding the <br />possibility of the City purchasing his 6.7 acre pmrcel north of City Hall at a <br />price of $4,000-$5,000 per acre. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg <br />directing Councilmenber COx to meet with Mr. Holasek regarding the possibility <br />of a property purchase in the area of $20,000, options for a time p~yment plan <br />and a road easement being located on City property. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Cox stated that he will have a menber of <br />City Staff included in discussions with Mr. Holasek. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Reimann. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmenber Schlueter. <br /> <br />~ A~c~nt~na AndA~ard~na Bid <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Cox to adopt <br />Resolution #86-60 accepting the bid received for the annual spring pet clinic <br />and awarding a contract to the Elk River Veterinary Clinic for the amounts <br />quoted in their proposal dated March 10, 1986. Further, to set the pet clinic <br />date for Saturday, April 26, 1986 at the Ramsey Municipal Center fire barn <br />between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon. (Please refer to resolution file for <br />Resolution #86-60). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~man, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox and <br />Reimann. Voting NO: None. Absent: Councilmember Schlueter. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Reimann directing <br />that only members of City Staff will be approved to have business cards <br />containing the City logo. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Adopt Resolution #86-61 to pray monthly bills. <br />F. Review of Gambling License application by Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. <br />G. Note hearing to be held on transfer of Cable Television Franchise. <br />H. Adopt Resolution #86-62 supporting Registration Awareness Month. <br />I.
