Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. MAYOR/COUNCIL INPUT Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg calling for a closed meeting, pursuant to the Open Meeting Law permission, at which time Council will be discussing the pending AFSCME contract and related labor negotiations. Said closed meeting to be held at 9:20 p.m. in Council Chambers on April 3, 1986. Further, that this record should indicate that the procedure was a recommendation of the City Attorney and that mail and verbal notice of the closed meeting was given to media reporter Kathy Cassidy by City Administrator Dave Hartley. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adjourn this special meeting of the Ramsey City Council. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None.
