introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #12- 09 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2013 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2013 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,233,829 <br />Licenses and Permits 437,700 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 305,300 <br />Charges for Services 1,088,250 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 89,000 <br />Other Revenues - <br />Interest Earnings 80,000 <br />Miscellaneous 10,500 <br />Other Financing Sources 1,221,758 <br />Total Revenues $ 10,466,337 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,220,181 <br />Public Safety 4,210,370 <br />Public Works 2,881,181 <br />Parks and Recreation 930,066 <br />Contingency 56,313 <br />Other Financing Uses 168,226 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures $ 10,466,337 <br />2) That the City Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka <br />County Auditor's office on or before Monday, September 17, 2012. <br />
