PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, April 22, 1986 <br />at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />regarding proposed utility extension to the City's Industrial Area. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Heitman <br />Councilmember Arnie Cox <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br />Councilmember Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />Finance Officer Noel Graczyk <br />Reporter Kathy Cassidy <br /> <br />Reimann and Schlueter. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Syl¥ia Frolik <br />Secretary <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman called the public hearing to order at 7:47 p.m. <br /> <br />GITIZ~N INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that Staff is recommending that the City Council continue <br />this particular hearing until April 29, 1986 at which time Staff will be better <br />prepared to address the issue. <br /> <br />There was not other citizen input. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Heitman and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to continue the <br />public hearing regarding extension of public utilities to the City's Industrial <br />Area until April 29, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. in the Ramsey Municipal Center. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
