PUBLIC HEARINGS /COMMISSION BUSINESS <br />6.01: Public Hearing: Consider Preliminary Plat Approval for COR TWO (Sunwood <br />Retail) Located South of Sunwood Drive (realigned) and East of Armstrong <br />Boulevard; Case of the City of Ramsey Housing and Redevelopment Authority <br />(HRA) <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Levine called the public hearing to order at 7:05 p.m. <br />Presentation <br />Senior Planner Gladhill presented the staff report and presentation indicating the applicant is <br />requesting consideration of the Preliminary Plat for COR TWO. He provided background and a <br />realignment purpose for Sunwood Drive. Staff is looking for action on the plat. <br />Discussion ensued regarding the roundabout and direction of access. <br />Commissioner Brauer questioned putting in a median. <br />Chairperson Levine asked if it would be signaled at the shared access. <br />Senior Planner Gladhill replied no that is normally for larger facilities. <br />Commissioner Brauer asked if tenants are comfortable with the access point. <br />Senior Planner Gladhill noted they are. <br />Commissioner Brauer questioned if all issues pursuant to a June 1 letter regarding COR TWO <br />has been resolved. <br />Planning Commission /August 2, 2012 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
